Version 0.9, effective 16 July 2026. This draft describes the VibeOS service at vibeos.com.ru. Seller details and the support contact are marked TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE SALES; they must be completed and legally reviewed before payments or advertising are enabled.

What we process

We process an account username, password hash, session tokens, subscription/invite status, support requests, technical logs and data you deliberately submit while using the dashboard. We use this data to authenticate you, operate and secure the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Model keys and payments

VibeOS plans use BYOK: your model provider API keys remain your responsibility. Do not place unnecessary personal data in prompts or keys. When payments are enabled, YooKassa processes payment data under its own privacy rules; VibeOS receives only the payment status and data required for accounting and access.

Storage and sharing

Account data is stored in the service operator’s SQLite database and server backups. We disclose data only to hosting, payment and model providers necessary to deliver the service, when you direct us to do so, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We retain account and billing records for the service term and statutory retention periods. You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted, or withdrawal of consent by contacting SUPPORT CONTACT TO BE COMPLETED. Deleting an account may not remove records that must be retained by law.
