Web Site Kit

Thin routing pack for the web cinematic / structure track. Pick the right child skill; do not invent new core tools. Offline golden tasks live in docs/plans/golden-tasks-web.yaml.

When to Use

• User asks for page audit, site map, cinematic landing, or large admin IA
• Unclear which web skill to load — start here, then hand off
• After a redesign: crawl → diff → re-analyze key pages

Prerequisites

• Child skills installed (bundled under skills/web-development/)
• Python 3 for scripts; Node 20+ for cinematic/admin scaffolds
• Optional Lighthouse/axe: vibeos skills install official/web-development/lighthouse-axe (not bundled; listed under related_skills for routing only)

Not HyperFrames. Video-from-HTML → optional skill hyperframes.
Not VibeOS dashboard. Customer admin apps are separate Next trees; page-agent embeds there, never under web/src/pages.

Procedure

1. Classify intent with the table above (one primary skill).
2. Run that skill’s procedure end-to-end.
3. Optional chain: map → pick ≤5 URLs → site-page-analyze each.
4. Optional chain: cinematic or admin scaffold → browser-e2e smoke.
5. Diff maps with diff_site_maps.py when comparing before/after.
6. Report paths + counts; stop at auth/CAPTCHA walls.

Pitfalls

• Do not extend web/src/pages (VibeOS ops dashboard) for customer CMS.
• Do not unbounded-crawl; default max pages is 30.
• Do not mix HyperFrames (MP4) with cinematic-web (live site).
• Zero new core tools — scripts + browser toolset only.

Verification

• Chosen child skill’s Verification section passes.
• scripts/smoke-web-site-kit.sh — doctor + fixture analyze/seo/crawl + audit dry-run + pack tests.
