Public offer for hosted VibeOS access

Version 0.9, effective 16 July 2026. Seller requisites below are taken from the operator config.yaml billing seller block. Have a qualified Russian lawyer review the final text before advertising live payments.

Offer and acceptance

The seller offers hosted access to VibeOS on the plans shown at /pricing. Acceptance occurs when the customer successfully pays for a selected plan after checkout becomes available.

Plans and price

Personal (personal_month), Pro (pro_month) and Team (team_month) are monthly plans priced at 1,200, 1,800 and 3,000 Russian rubles. Prices include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. Model-provider usage is BYOK and is not included in the plan price.

Delivery, term and cancellation

After confirmed payment, access is provided through an invite or activation flow; each paid account receives an isolated hosted home for sessions and files. Shared operator messaging gateways remain unavailable to tenants. The plan term is shown at checkout. Refunds, where required by law or the final offer, are requested through amoros7277@gmail.com; the final policy must state its process and limits.

Payment

Payments will be processed by YooKassa. Payment credentials are entered on the payment provider’s page, not stored by VibeOS. Fiscal receipts are issued through the seller’s YooKassa fiscal configuration where required.
