Terms of use
Version 0.9, effective 16 July 2026. These terms govern use of VibeOS at vibeos.com.ru. The public offer is an integral part of these terms. Seller details, support contact and final pricing must be completed and legally reviewed before payments are enabled.
Service
VibeOS provides hosted access to its dashboard and software tools. A paid plan buys hosted seats, not model inference: you connect and pay for your own model-provider API keys (BYOK). The first installer is issued after a paid plan is activated.
Access and acceptable use
Hosted accounts are currently provided by invitation. Keep credentials confidential, use only your allocated seats, comply with applicable law and third-party provider terms, and do not disrupt the service or access another person’s data. We may suspend access to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change, be maintained or be unavailable. You are responsible for your prompts, files, model keys and decisions made using AI output. To the extent permitted by law, VibeOS is provided as-is and does not guarantee a particular business result.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and publish a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Contact SUPPORT CONTACT TO BE COMPLETED for service, cancellation or legal notices.
